Engagement ring styles
Bridal ring sets
An engagement ring and wedding ring that were designed for each other, so they complement each other perfectly on the hand: flush fit, shared lines, one story. Designed and made together, in-house, in the Sydney CBD.
Why sets work
Two rings, designed as one.
-
Design as a pair
The engagement ring is designed with its wedding band in mind from the first sketch, not squeezed in later.
-
Fit checked in metal
Curved, notched or straight, the band is matched against the actual ring at the bench, not guessed from a drawing.
-
Made to be worn together
Shared metal, shared finish, shared proportions. On the hand, the set reads as one considered piece.
The problem sets solve
The most common wedding-band heartache we see: a beautiful engagement ring whose setting sits low or wide, and no straight band will sit beside it without a gap. The fix after the fact is a custom-curved band. The fix before the fact is a set, where the engagement ring is designed knowing its partner is coming.
If you’re already engaged, don’t worry, that’s what fitted wedding bands are for. If you’re still choosing the engagement ring, it costs nothing to design with the band in mind.
Bridal set questions
Do I have to buy both rings at once?
No. Most couples start with the engagement ring. Because your design stays on file, we can make the matching band months or years later and it will still sit perfectly.
Is a bridal set more expensive than two separate rings?
No, and it usually works out better. Designing the pair together avoids the most common (and costly) problem: a wedding band that has to be custom-shaped around an engagement ring that never planned for one.
My engagement ring is from another jeweller. Can you still match a band to it?
Yes. Bring the ring in and we design and make a band to suit it, fitted against the real ring at our bench.
Can the two rings be joined permanently?
They can, and we’ll give you honest advice on whether they should be. Soldering the pair keeps them perfectly aligned, but it changes how they clean, resize and wear. It’s a conversation, not a default.
Design them together.
One conversation covers both rings, the fit, and the timeline. No pressure, no obligation.
