Production takes around two to three weeks once the design is approved, and every piece we make comes back to us for free cleaning and inspection, for life.

Custom jewellery questions
Can you turn an idea in my head into a piece of jewellery?
Yes, that’s the job. Bring inspiration photos, a rough sketch, or just a description of the person it’s for. Danielle designs with you until the drawing matches the idea.
What kinds of pieces do you make?
Engagement and dress rings, pendants and necklaces, earrings, bracelets and bangles, in gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum, with diamonds and coloured gemstones.
How long does a custom piece take?
Generally two to three weeks once the design is approved, longer for complex pieces. If there’s a date that matters, tell us early and we’ll give you a realistic timeframe to work to.
Is custom jewellery only for big budgets?
No. Because we make in-house, custom is more accessible than most people expect. Tell us the budget honestly and we’ll design within it, including telling you where a simpler choice looks just as good.
