A signature is required at the time of delivery, and we urge you to inspect your package for any damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

Beautifully packaged

Every order is delivered beautifully packaged in Daniella’s distinctive jewellery box, ready for the moment it’s made for.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are fully insured and shipped via Australia Post Express, or Platinum Post for orders over AU$100. Orders typically arrive within one to two business days of shipment.

International shipping

International orders are accepted from almost anywhere outside Australia, shipped via FedEx International Priority, guaranteed and insured door to door. Any customs taxes, duties or fees imposed at the destination are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping to an alternate address

We ship to street addresses only, not PO boxes. To protect customers against fraud, orders over $1,000 are not shipped to an alternate address unless that address has been added to your credit card account. Pickup from a local post office or FedEx location can also be arranged, just tell us when you order.
