Return policy
We hope that you are impressed by your Daniella jewellery. Our 30-day return policy allows you plenty of time to ensure you have made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept items in original condition for an exchange or full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items must be unworn and unaltered, without custom engraving, and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
For items purchased with a gift certificate, the gift certificate is refunded or reimbursed before any other payment source.
We cannot accept items in these circumstances
- Items showing any signs of wear or damage
- Items resized by a jeweller other than Daniella
- Items sized outside of Daniella recommended sizing parameters
- A diamond set in a semi-mounting by anyone other than Daniella
- Any head changes
- Any special orders
- Custom made and/or altered items
- Custom engraved items
- Any product missing the original sales receipt
Notify us before returning your item on 1300 988 740, (02) 9235 1692 or info@daniella.com.au. We review all returned items, and on acceptance your refund or exchange is processed.
Shipping and packaging your return
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Package returned items with the sales receipt and all original packaging, and include any certificates that accompanied the item to avoid the AU$250 certificate replacement cost.
Insuring your package
Customers are responsible for the item until it is received by Daniella. We recommend insured post with cover matching the purchase price. Daniella does not assume responsibility for items lost, stolen or mishandled in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet this policy, at our sole discretion.
